1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OpenClaw Managed ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You may not share your account with others or use another person's account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the Service to harm, threaten, or harass others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functioning

5. Payment and Billing

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewals or after the 30-day period.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations mid-period (outside the 30-day guarantee window).

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

OpenClaw Managed and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the intellectual property of OpenClaw Managed. You may not use our branding without explicit written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClaw Managed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will provide at least 14 days' notice for material changes.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
